Update on Kak Dah 2

I just received a call today saying Kak Dah’s condition is now critical. All her out-of-state children have been informed, and they are on their way home. People are already reciting Yaasiiin at the house.

Related post here and here.

Update 11:25am: Kak Dah has been brought to her Mom’s house in Kg. Jaka, Pasir Mas. She is quite weak, and speaks very little.

Update 24 April 2008 11:00am: Kak Dah’s condition has improved. She had breathing difficulty yesterday morning.

  1. Pray and dua for Kak Dah from across the ocean.

Thank you. Sometimes that is one of the reasons Allah give us all these challenges, just so we can stop for a while to pray and du‘a.

  2. En. Mazlan,
Saya doakan supaya Kak Dah dilindungi Allah dari kesakitan yang keterlauan dan semoga dia akan sembuh. Kerana Kak Dah kita berpeluang bertemu. Segalanya ada diatas kehendakNya.

    Assalaamu’alaikum Pok Zawi,

Early blogger you are. I just got back home in Bandar Baru Bangi at 6:20am. I need to take a nap before going to my sons school’s Annual Sports Event, and I’m supposed to be a Refereeing Committee Member.

It was my first very own Blogger Meet, and it was a pleasure, alhamdulillah. Both of those photos are here and here. Revealing our secret identities, eh? 🙂

My du‘a also to Azura. All of us need it, actually.

    More later, insya’Allah.

  3. Salam brother…

Bloghopped from Pok Awie. My heart goes out to KakDah and saddened by her condition. Yet, all is under Allah’s Will. From far, all I can is to offer her my prayer and du’a that Allah eases her trials and tribulations and gives her and her loved ones the strength to brace it.

    take care and salam.

    Thank you Puan Raden Galoh,

Coming from a survivor, this is quite meaningful. Luckily for my Kak Dah, she also has a close-knit family that helps keep her strong.

But she doesn’t feel any pain at all. She just feels “lengoh.” Thus she needs constant rubbing/massage to make her comfortable.

My own observation is that the chemotherapy has darken her complexion, not to mention the hair loss.
